Mark McMahon
Attorney Mark McMahon earned his juris doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law in May of 2014. He is licensed in Washington, New York, Massachusetts, and the federal District of Massachusetts. He opened a solo practice in the Boston area, where he practiced primarily criminal defense and appeals, and worked with the National Lawyers Guild to promote social justice activism by providing pro bono criminal defense to protesters. He moved to the Seattle area and began practice as a public defender in 2018 at Hawkins & Crawford in Federal Way and Lake Forest Park, before moving to Stewart MacNichols Harmell in 2019. Attorney McMahon provides zealous representation focused on the client's needs and priorities, and has won numerous jury trials, including domestic violence assault cases, and motions for post-conviction relief.
